What to include in your enquiry
Provide the complete ROWE model number and, for a system, the model of each machine. Tell us whether the problem occurs with every job or only with certain paper sizes, rolls or settings. A sample print or scan can help with image quality issues.
Please include the equipment location and a contact phone number. A photo of the model label can also help.

We are based at Warszawska 29, 35-205 Rzeszów. Our service area covers south-eastern Poland, with visits as far as Warsaw and Kraków. We agree the scope of work, parts availability and visit details for your specific model and location.
