Repairs and maintenance
We accept enquiries about start-up errors, roll and sheet feeding, paper jams and print quality. Tell us whether the plotter stops before printing, during a job or after producing part of the print.
What to include in your enquiry
For missing colours, streaks or uneven lines, include a photo and the exact panel message. Mention whether the problem followed a change of supplies, paper or settings, moving the printer or a long period without use.
Please include the equipment location and a contact phone number. A photo of the model label can also help.
