Repairs and maintenance
Describe problems with print or scan quality, paper transport, start-up or folding. For a system made up of several machines, include the model of the plotter, scanner and folder, and tell us at which stage the fault occurs.
What to include in your enquiry
Include the exact error message and a photo of the problem. Explain whether each machine works separately and whether the fault appears only when the system works together.
Please include the equipment location and a contact phone number. A photo of the model label can also help.
